In 2010 we will be implementing ConnectWise, which is a robust operational tool used by many firms in our industry. We will also be enhancing our service offering with modular Managed Service products in a fixed fee pricing structure in three primary product categories. These operational improvements and product enhancements will provide more options and flexibility to both existing and new clients.

We are always looking for ways to enhance our service to our clients. ConnectWise is a highly respected platform within our industry, which will provide improved customer ticket submission and resolution, improved resource management, enhanced reporting and greater customer communication capabilities to LanXpert and our customers.

In addition to enhancing our operating platforms and processes to improve the service we provide to our clients, we also intend to support fixed fee Managed Service products in three primary categories

(1) IT Strategy, Governance, & Security;

(2) IT Infrastructure & Network Support;

(3) IT Applications Development, Support & Project Management.
